Gym-Max Academy of Gymnastics is an internationally acclaimed gymnastics training center facilitated under the guidance and support of many experienced, skillful, and enthusiastic career professionals such as Head-Coach Hao Quan Liang, who has produced numerous world and national champions for both China and the United States of America for the past 40-plus years. And Head-Coach Jenny Liang, who was the Team U.S.A. Assistant Coach during the 2012 London Olympic Games. At the 2012 London Olympic Games, one of Gym-Max's star athletes, World Champion and Olympic Gold Medalist, Kyla Ross, helped the United States, win the prestigious Olympic Team Gold Medal; the first time in sixteen year since the United States has worn this crown. Additionally, Olympian Kyla Ross was also instrumental in helping Team U.S.A. consistently secure back-to-back World Championship Team Gold Medals both in the Antwerp, Belgium World Championships in 2013, and the Nanning, China World Championships in 2014. Head-Coach Jenny Liang was also the Team U.S.A. Women's Head-Coach at the 2014 Nanning, China World Championships, where Team U.S.A. also won Team Gold.
Gym-Max is currently home to U.S. Olympic Champion, Dance with the Stars Winner, and New York Times Best-Seller Laurie Hernandez as she continues her journey to the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
Within the Continental U.S. of A., Gym-Max and its athletes of all competitive Junior Olympic levels have performed, and are continuously performing at an exceptional standard consistently capturing numerous Local, California State, Regional, and National Championship titles in the past 20 years.
For the N.C.A.A., Gym-Max has consistently sent athletes to prestigious Division 1 and 2 Universities including, and not limited to, UCLA, Stanford, SUU, UC Davis, Sac State, Alaska, UPenn, just to name a few. For Instance, in 2017, Gym-Max Alumni Stacie Webb in SUU won the school's first ever 10.00 on the balance beam. And recently, Gym-Max Alumni Kyla Ross, Felicia Hano, and Sofia Gonzales helped the UCLA gymnastics team win the 2018 N.C.A.A. Championship Title.
Internationally, Gym-Max Academy of Gymnastics has won numerous Local and National accolades for its dedication in actively promoting international good-will and educational exchange through the hosting of numerous international friendships competitions, exhibitions, and forums, earning the prestigious "Outstanding Service in Promoting International Understanding and Sportsmanship" U.S. Congressional Recognition Award.
Additionally, Gym-Max athletes are over-achievers in the local sports and entertainment community by actively participating in high profile events such as performing at the 2017 U.S.A. Gymnastics P&G Championships Announcement Event in Downtown Disney. (U.S.A.G Press Release)
